R.O.C.K.I.N.G Real Estate Agents - R is for Responsive
Hello everyone, don't you just love it when you call whoever for help with whatever and someone answers the phone? How about when you email or leave a voicemail and someone responds back within the hour?
It's awesome right? In any sales industry, responsiveness is a key indicator of a pro. Beyond being gratifying and appreciated, sometimes responsiveness can make or break a deal, especially in real estate.
I wrote a summary of good real estate agents, and following up with more on this multi-post blog to get a bit more granular.
R is for Responsive
Let me paint a few scenarios of why responsiveness is key if you're buying or selling. You might also want to peek at Agents to Avoid.
Buying a home: In this market, you can bet on having a lot of competition from other buyers in most cases. Should you decide to make an offer, there will be phone calls, emails, submissions and a lot of concerns with timeliness.
First time buyer? Upgrading? Perhaps an new investor looking for that first purchase of a duplex to buy and rent out or single family home to flip?
Maybe you just have questions about housing in a community, or the best type of financing to concerns about homes that need repairs.
Let me put my considerable experience to work for you. The greatest satisfaction is that huge sigh of relief at the closing table when I hand a new friend the keys to their new home. Call me, email or text me, I respond quickly during business hours, and never too late to respond to current clients.
When you buy a home, you can’t take it back like some used car. There is no “lemon law” when it comes purchasing a house. With that in mind, understand that’s why I go out of my way to make sure my clients are getting the best deal with “no stone un-turned”.
Buying and selling real estate can be very complex and you’re entitled to professional representation. I’d like to work with you and enjoy taking all the time necessary to make sure you understand everything so you can make informed decisions that are best for you. This is why my clients are loyal throughout the years and confidently refer to me.
