Analytic Data - Focused Content Marketing
The landscape for Realtors is always changing. In this day and age, unless you have a remarkable sphere of influence or someone is handing you business, you must turn to the internet to connect with buyers and sellers.
I see a lot of Realtors and teams heavily targeting content geared for other Realtors. That's just awesome! It does generate likes, endorsements, shares and comments, and the fallout is increased visibility, better ranking of blog posts and articles, perhaps with links to their personal website and in the activity, the occasional client pops out.
On the other hand, there's writing content geared for the consumer, and that's what this article is concerned with. Some new Realtors I work with have expressed to me they aren't sure what to create or write about for their consumer audience.

Maybe you’ve just started looking into buying a house, or have been looking for some time now. Maybe you’ve talked with a few real estate agents, but aren’t committed or perhaps dissatisfied with your current agent.
I hate hearing a client out there isn’t being well cared for, and when they become my client I work double time to make sure their experience is turned into a great one. As a professional Realtor with broad experience, I’m proactive a looking out for my clients, giving timely responses to questions, answering the phone or emails, and patiently explain complicated issues and address every concern.
I know, you want to see the homes you want to see, not the ones someone else wants to show you. In a professional service oriented industry like real estate, it’s important to hear the client out, sometimes let them vent, express and voice their concerns. I’ve had some of the crabbiest clients come to me after working with someone else, and but the time it’s over they are relaxed, confident and satisfied.
It’s not unusual to have questions, even a lot of questions. I like answering the difficult ones myself and always respond as quickly as possible. My unique experience in the real estate industry will save you money, but also save you a lot of grief. Give me a call, I’m happy to hear from you.
