Join the Rock and Roll Real Estate Hour
Here's why I love hosting a radio talk show. My original goal was dedicated to the enhancement of the real estate industry through community involvement by interviewing guests that will bring a value to listeners, entertain with my favorite music classic rock, improve the awareness of the Dragonfly Foundation and enhance the products and services of my sponsors. However through my efforts to achieve these results its hard to not learn a thing or two along the way. Some of my special guests like Gary Rasmussen the Musical Insurance Guy from Farmers Insurance, Lou Amshoff of Title Stream, Mike McCormick the CincyTaxCoach, Ed Hensley with First Financial Bank are but a few of my regulars. Some very special guests like Rob Judy a retired police detective from Fairfield Twp teaching conceal and carry and self defense are extra special with lots of great information and fun stories.
This past Saturday my guest was Pete McCreary owner of Junk King franchise of Dayton and Cincinnati http://www.junk-king.com/locations/cincinnati. Yes he collects junk and donates to many non profits rather than just fill up our land with all that trash. Here's a little tidbit I learned from Pete this Saturday during our interview. When we go to list a house, sometimes the seller needs to de-clutter. They have a lot of left over cans of paint. The local trash companies won't take it but Matthew 25 Ministries will. This is amazing! They will collect all colors, mix the like colors together and reuse by donating paint to those who couldn't afford it.
So...there you go. A great little bit of valuable information.
