Monroe Ohio Real Estate Offers Stable Home Values

I have been a resident of Monroe off and on for the majority of my life. I've moved away to nearby communities a few times during my 54 years, but I always seem to keep coming back. You may be asking, if I like Monroe so much, then why did I move? The answer is quite simple. I worked at the GM plant in Moraine for over 20 years and during that time, I began my home buying cycle. I started out in  mobile home in Miamisburg and from there bought several other homes, moving up the ladder each time. I ended up owning a gorgeous 40 acre farm in Waynesville. After spending many years on the farm, I decided that I just had to move back "home" to Monroe.

Monroe Ohio has a plethora of offerings for its residents and thousands of visitors.

Kroger has an anchor store in the nearly new shopping center near Heritage Green. Some of the other notable businesses in the shopping center include a coffee shop, Chinese restaurant, Wings n Rings, Verizon store among others.

In 2009, Cincinnati Premium Outlets opened on a large pact of land located conveniently right off of the I-75 exit at State Route 63. There are in excess of a 100 retail outlets from many of the top names in the industry.   Since the birth of the outlet mall, several new eateries have opened their doors nearby.  If you prefer shopping at a flea market, you will not be disappointed either. There are 2 major flea markets in Monroe, Trader's World and Treasure Aisles.  Both markets are open year round with hundreds upon hundreds of vendors at each location offering their wares ranging from clothing, toys, plants, produce, brand new items, hardware, services and the traditional junk.

The newest addition to the Monroe area is the Miami Valley Gaming Racino, Turtlecreek Twp.  opening December 2013.  The racino features over 1600 video gaming terminals and begin offering harness horse racing in February 2014.  The complex boasts 4 new restaurants ranging from burgers and fries to delicious steak dinners.  Miami Valley Gaming racino is located on the corner of State Route 63 and Union Road. It's neighbors include the Trader's World flea market and Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall.

Red Onion Cafe, Burger King, Wendy's, Brandywine Inn, Gold Star Chili, Popeye's Chicken, Froggy Blue's Cafe, Subway, McDonald's, Tim Horton's, Wings n Rings, Cassano's Pizza King, Silvia's Kitchen and Chipotle.  This isn't a complete list and many more new eateries are expected to be opening soon.

Marty Snyder wrote: Rick, Monroe is a USDA eligible area. Assuming your credit score fits within their guidelines, you should be able to buy a home in Monroe with no money down. There are other areas offering the USDA financing too. I'd be glad to assist you. Give me a call to discuss. 513-292-9374
