Luxury Home Sales Show Improvement
It's Homarama time again, and 2014 shows more evidence of a stronger housing market. This year's show, a two week event, the Homarama exhibition in Liberty Township reports eight out of ten luxury homes, Homarama residences, are pre-sold.
The event runs from July 12th - July 27th, with show times from 4 to 10 p.m Monday through Thursday, and noon to 10 p.m Friday through Sunday.
The sales prices on these pre-sold Carriage Trail luxury properties in the Terry Family development ranged from $1.2 million to nearly $2 million per Dan Dressman, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Last year, six of the Homarama properties were pre-sold.
This is great for Butler County Ohio real estate, but just a portion of the overall picture. If you look at the Greater Cincinnati real estate market, the territory covered by the Cincy MLS, we see 166 luxury homes sold over 126 luxury properties sales in 2013.
